Nicola Detomaso is among the winners of this year ASME Turbo Expo Student Advisory Committee Travel Award (SACTA).

  10 March 2022

Nicola Detomaso, under the supervision of Thierry, Florent and Davide Laera, is among the winners of this year ASME Turbo Expo Student Advisory Committee Travel Award (SACTA). This is an award given by the ASME International Gas Turbine Institute (IGTI) student committee that recognizes the best students based on their scientific and management contributions to the student committee and the AMSE conference itself. In fact, Nicola is the lead author of a great paper that has been (already) accepted, with very positive comments from reviewers, for oral presentation at the upcoming Turbo-Expo to be held in June in Rotterdam. He also served in the conference organization as member of the "student review group" and he has been recently selected as student liaison for the IGTI and newly member of the SAC committee.   Read more
